Nos gust\u00f3 tanto que le preguntamos si pod\u00eda destapar el desag\u00fce de la cocina el mismo d\u00eda y, sin dudarlo, acept\u00f3 y lo destap\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de instalar el grifo. Luego le pedimos que revisara las perillas de la ducha del ba\u00f1o principal, que llevaban casi un a\u00f1o goteando. Nos explic\u00f3 que los grifos estaban descontinuados y que intentar\u00eda encontrar los cartuchos; de lo contrario, nos esperaba un gran trabajo cambiarlo todo. Volvi\u00f3 unos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, encontr\u00f3 los cartuchos y entr\u00f3 y sali\u00f3 en menos de una hora. Nos mostr\u00f3 los cartuchos defectuosos, nos explic\u00f3 exactamente qu\u00e9 hacer y entr\u00f3 y sali\u00f3 en menos de una hora.
